In 1988, I formed Secured Planning Inc and began marketing and building my networking and client base by reaching out to Bankers, Investment Bankers, lawyers, accountants as well as realtors because of the common interest of working with consumers with financial, insurance and credit needs. I then expanded my financial services to include Risked and Asset Based Funding also known as Hard Money Lending. Once the financial markets began to soften, I redirected my focus to include mortgage financing. I then took a position at a mortgage brokerage services company and I dissolved Secured Planning Inc, and now the title is the gatekeeper to my website.
After some time I had the opportunity to contract with a mortgage banker. While there I had the opportunity to work directly with loan underwriters and learn how to evaluate consumer’s credit reports. It was through this process that I became aware of the multiple errors listed on most consumers’ reports and that most companies do not have the manpower, the expertise or the time to resolve errors listed. This is why I formed The Washington Consulting Group.
I have taken my many years of experience in financial services and consumer credit resolution, to not only provide services for consumers and businesses alike, but to inform and educate the need to plan for your financial future. After years of witnessing how the ill informed were financially impacted from not taking the proper steps to protect their credit history and planning for life’s challenges, I found it necessary to take my expertise in these areas to help create a different mindset.
Today it is through public speaking; being featured on Radio, Television and hosting my own radio talk show, “Your Money and More,” that I am reaching people and changing lives.
I’m passionate about helping both companies and individuals with diversifying portfolios, managing assets, analyzing market trends, and reducing financial risk. My goal? To safeguard the dreams you strived to achieve and the assets you have worked so hard to accumulate. I use proven investment strategies designed to meet your risk tolerance and hedge against market volatility.
Since 1999, I've been helping business and individuals safeguard their assets and plan for the retirement they want. When I'm not working, I enjoy sailing, cooking, and playing with my 2 dogs.
